I slept badly, with a very nasty sore throat. It hurts to swallow, drink or talk. I think I have the demon tonsillitis, but don’t have time to go to the doc before I go away to confirm/deny/get suitable drugs.

All the guys in the office seem to think this is spot on. It’s a video where the guy says what he’s really thinking, rather than the sanitised version that the girl wants to hear.
Not sure I wanted to know this though.
